Acerca del autor

Kumar is a Mechanical engineer (B.E) with MBA (operations). He has close to quarter of century experience in sectors ranging from Automotive clutches to rigid plastics and have gathered rich first-hand experience of the entire manufacturing processes (P,Q,C,D,S,M,E) while working for industry leader like Clutch Auto limited, Rockman Industries limited (a HERO group company) and Hitech Plast limited. He also got the rare privilege of working along with and following manufacturing & quality system developed by Gurus like Prof. S.Yamaguchi San, Prof. Takao San of Japan and chief mentor of ACMA ACT cluster Mr. C Narsimhan. He has completed exhausting training for production management form AOTS, Japan and Quality Management training form AP, Italy.

He has mentored more than 25 SMEs for establishing world class manufacturing system.

He is well conversant with world class manufacturing techniques like LEAN Management, TPM, TQM, TOC, TQC, JIT, Six sigma. He has also deep implementation experience & expertise of ISO 9001, TS 16949, GMP, SEDEX Audit, BRC Ion, HACCP and EHC.

When not busy with the engineering tools, Kumar loves to write poems. He has been doing so since his school days and his poems bring out the emotions of a common man who lives and survives every day, one day at a time.
