Justin Tomlinson is a global nomad who splits his time between the USA and Europe. He is a professional facilitator advising boards and senior management on the people side of value creation and the elimination of fake work. Justin is also the co-author of Live with Intent: Creating your Future, which is a step-by-step guide for applying the concepts in See.Do.Grow. He is a master life coach for naming and claiming your value add as you live life on your own terms. He is the founder of ValueAdd group AG in Switzerland and has pioneered several innovative solutions including Reichart Effectiveness Solutions, BETTeRprogram.com, and the Entrepreneur’s Academy. His passion is helping individuals and organizations grow their value add. Together with Jenny, Maddie, Tate and their dog Fozzy, Justin loves traveling the world and pursuing outdoor adventures.>/p> Jenny Schumacher grew up with a love of adventure. She has been a whitewater river guide for 30 years and never misses a chance to spend time on the water. This includes wake surfing, paddle boarding, and of course, rafting. After living in Europe for 12 years, Jenny returned to the US and became a USA Weightlifting National Coach with one of the strongest teams in Utah. Her athletes range from 14 to 71 years old, and her greatest strength is instilling confidence in those around her. Her team, Proven Strength Weightlifting is known for high performing athletes who value each other and love what they’re doing.
