Ray Hodge works as a business advisor, speaker, and writer, helping organizations and their leaders dramatically improve efficiencies and gain their own competitive advantage. He has worked with small companies in the bush to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and much in between. Ray is the author of two other books: Smash the Bottleneck and The Business of People, is published frequently in trade magazines and conducts keynote speeches and workshops on the subjects of efficiency and leadership. He is the co-author of 4 children, is attempting to learn tango dancing from his partner Michelle, and resides in Adelaide, Australia.
