He is currently working on conceptualizing and theorizing strategic communication from the perspective of global business.

Young Joon Lim (Ph.D.) has worked in insurance sales, as a news reporter, and as a public relations specialist for the defense industry. Dr. Lim is now an assistant professor at the University of Texas, Rio Grande Valley. He is currently working on conceptualizing and theorizing strategic communication from the perspective of global business.
