Biografía del autor

Robin is a Professor of Mathematics and the Director of Curriculum Integration for the Rice University School Mathematics Project. Her husband, Chris DelConte, is the Director of Athletics at TCU, and was Rice's AD from 2006-2009. They have two daughters, Sienna and Sophia. Robin's career includes working as an aerospace engineerand a NASA educational consultant, and her extensive research has been published nationally and internationally. She is the author of five teacher resource books on using the visual arts and children's literature in the K-8 mathematics classroom. She is regularly heard encouraging teachers and studentsto put on their mathgoggles as away to see math in art and in their world. Robin is the author of Count on TCU: Fun Facts from 1 to 12. Robin's ultimate personal goal is for all students to fall in love with mathematics.
