Sinopsis

With this fun and insightful workbook, learn to set purposeful plans and practice a healthier approach to prioritizing, so you can live a more balanced life.

Life is full of uncertainty: with unexpected challenges arising daily and ever-more-demanding schedules, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. In this state of mind, we’re always playing catch-up, never taking the time to rest, plan, and really think about where exactly we’re trying to go. Often, we end up being constantly busy without making a step of progress toward our most meaningful goals.

In this workbook, author Emma Norris uses an array of exercises, journaling prompts, time trackers, and more to guide you through mastering the art of mindful productivity. These essential productivity habits can help you identify, track, and accomplish your goals. As you work your way through the chapters, you’ll learn methods to become more productive and improve your focus without feeling so much stress or anxiety.

Each chapter of this book is full of exercises that are tailored to help you achieve mindful productivity. You’ll find:

  • A cheat sheet for identifying your goals
  • Weekly micro-goal trackers
  • Productivity sprint guides
  • Journaling to build self-compassion and acceptance
  • A tool for prioritizing with the urgent/important matrix
  • And much more
With the Progress Over Perfection Workbook, you’ll create a less-stress lifestyle and learn to roll with everyday setbacks while staying true to your values. You can do anything you set your mind to once you master the techniques in this book, while still living a calm and joyful life.
