The focus of this book is on utility transformation and the value the Smart Grid and associated technologies bring to it. It highlights the journey to electric utility 3.0 and provides solid examples and real-world case studies from other industries like telecom, cable-TV and automobiles. The book also discusses how an individual can apply these technologies to his/her respective situations. Readers will find guidance on new energy storage solutions and electric value chain disruptors and can learn how to overcome challenges related to integrating supply and demand diversity.
Biografía del autor
Subramanian Vadari is the founder and president of Modern Grid Solutions and an affiliate professor at the University of Washington. He received his M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
