Norma Astorga Garcia is a first time writer and author of the book, Inspite of my Disability.  She is a charismatic and a delightful lady to know. Her deep love for Jesus reflects as she puts the concerns of others ahead of her own needs. 
Born with Cerebral Palsy, Norma has managed to build a “normal” life with her fierce sense of determination and a willingness to fight for what she wants to accomplish. In her book, she helps others like her to be as independent as possible and enjoy life to the fullest.
Norma lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband and two kids. They drive down to Brownsville to enjoy the beach every Summer.
