Sinopsis

The challenge: fifty-two sonnets, one a week for a year. These snapshots of random thoughts in the moment turned out to be an accidental diary - of an afternoon blizzard in Baltimore, skateboarders in the park, skinny-dipping advice, predestination and debutante parties, the wonderfulness of ex-girlfriends who have forgiven you, the fear of dying alone, even giving up smoking.

Robert Bowie, Jr. has worked as a house painter, bartender, lawyer, adjunct professor, poet, author, and playwright. He lives in Maryland. His ten produced plays include Onaje, which premiered with five sold-out performances at FringeNYC. Bob's well-reviewed collection of short stories and essays, The Older You Get, the Shorter Your Stories Should Be, is now

available at bookstores and online. More at robertbowiejr.com.
