He lives in Sarasota, Florida.

She has served as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and she is a contributing author for The Pocket Legal Companion to Patents. She is a guest lecturer on intellectual property and the Hatch-Waxman Act at Temple University. She lives in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, with her husband and four children.
