Linda Hachfeld, MPH, RDN, is an award-winning author and publisher who has been a leader in nutrition education for more than 40 years. As a food and culinary writer, educator, and public speaker, Linda is passionate about being of service, whether its helping people achieve a better quality of life through healthy eating or taking on leadership roles to improve the health of communities. 

Linda has authored, edited, or contributed to numerous articles and books on food, nutrition, and culinary medicine; health enhancement; and disease prevention.
