We must believe and receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, as he alone can give us the grace of forgiveness for our sins, we then can live with him in heaven eternally when we die. It is a free gift but only ours if we receive it. That free gift is just waiting to be believed, received, forgiveness and salvation are ours only when we truly believe and receive it into our hearts.
