Sinopsis

It was written over 2,700 years ago, the tale of a mischievous yet good-natured little Rabbit named Peter... An author's version of the classic tale gives us a humorous look at ancient story time literature. Complete with social commentary on the Romans, (which the author deems essential to the book's structure) this children's tale takes on a zany twist as Peter, Boo Bear, and the slightly crazed Mr. MacGregor are presented to you once again for the first time in original Latin form. Kingsley Reed Jeffery has written a collection of essays based on his time living in Korea and is inspired by the humorous works of Robert Benchley, Stephen Leacock, SJ Perelman, Woody Allen, and David Sedaris. Mr. Jeffery grew up the eldest of six boys in New Zealand. He has taught music and mathematics and is currently an English teacher in Incheon, South Korea. The Tale of Peter Rabbit is his first published book.
