Some of the largest, most influential and effective ministries and churches around the world have placed a high value on women and their roles in the church. These days it is refreshing to see God's hand of favor and blessing on Christian women and Bible teachers who are being used both nationally, regionally and in their local churches.

If you are a woman who feels called to the ministry, don't get discouraged. The world needs you! The church needs you! This is your time! This book will shed light on many questions that women may have about their role in the church and if women really are to be silent in the church.

Beth Jones has studied the Scriptures and consulted with many leaders of God who helped her understand the role of women in the church. This book is written to encourage and strengthen those women that have sensed God's hand on their lives and a strong call to serve Him with the leadership and teaching gifts that He has given to them.
