Barbara D Jackins is a lawyer in Framingham, Massachusetts, concentrating on special needs planning, public benefits, guardianship, and trust administration. She is the author and co-author of several books on estate planning, and is the parent of a young adult with special needs.

Dafna Krouk-Gordon is the founder and President of Toward Independent Living and Learning (TILL), a not-for-profit human service agency based in Dedham, Massachusetts. She has worked with hundreds of families in creating unique housing and vocational services in Massachusetts and other state systems.
