Michael Lovas is a writer, speaker, teacher and coach. Michael has authored many books, several columns and a thousand articles on Professional Credibility and Psychological Communication. He is the premier practitioner of Psychological Selling for Financial Advisors. You can find him delivering workshops and keynotes throughout the US and Canada. Both authors are founders and principals of AboutPeople, a unique consultancy focused on helping companies and individuals better understand, attract and connect with their target audiences. Both authors have degrees in Psychology, augmented with extensive post graduate work in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). Michael is also a certified Trainer of NLP and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Pam Holloway is a researcher, program designer, writer and teacher.
