Sinopsis

This book presents Piero Bassetti’s notion of what he means by the Italic network. These Italic Lessons number ten in all; they are the result of ten long conversations held with Niccolo d’Aquino, who contributes a preface to the volume. And once again, American readers were chosen to be the first audience: the readers of America Oggi , the daily newspaper of Italians living on the East Coast of the United States, precisely because America is without a doubt a fundamental link in the creation and development of Italic glocalism. Not by chance, the most important newspaper of the Italian diaspora received Bassetti’s intuitions with interest and Stefano Vaccara published the ten interviews in Oggi 7 , the newspaper’s Sunday supplement that he edits.
