Victor Portougal is associate professor in the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management, Business School, The University of Auckland, New Zealand. He is the author of many articles in scholarly journals, practitioner magazines, and books. David Sundaram is a senior lecturer in the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management, Business School, The University of Auckland, New Zealand. He has a varied academic as well as professional background.
