Danny Roth was born in 1946 and educated at Latymer Upper and Reading University, graduating in Applied Physical Sciences before training as an actuary with the Prudential Assurance Company. As teacher and coach, he has published more than twenty books on bridge as well as a play on the 1936 Abdication crisis. He has studied diet, nutrition and obesity over a number of years and this book is the product of his researches.
