Involved in multiple dimensions of pharmacy services, Heather’s career has been marked by significant contributions to health system pharmacy operations and the expansion of clinical services, particularly through her extensive expertise in the 340B Program. 

At McKesson, Heather is instrumental in engaging with health system and pharmacy customers to enhance their 340B programs, ensuring these initiatives effectively support healthcare services for underserved populations. Her oversight of a concierge program further underscores her commitment to operational excellence, as she works diligently to identify and resolve contract discrepancies. 

Prior to her role at McKesson, Heather served as the System Administrative Officer of Pharmacy Services at MUSC Health in Charleston, South Carolina.
