Susan Webb Tregay is a working artist and instructor specializing in watercolour and is currently the art critic for the Rock River Times in Rockford Illinois. She is a member of the National Watercolour Society and the National Transparent Watercolour Society and exhibits regularly in various competitions in the United States; her work can be seen at www.tregay.com.
