Nancy Leffert, PhD is a developmental psychologist, licensed independent clinical social worker, researcher, author, and speaker who specializes in development during adolescence and childhood. She is currently Associate Dean in the School of Psychology, Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.

Eugene C. Roehlkepartain is the Senior Advisor to the President and Director of Family and Congregation Initiatives at Search Institute.
