This new edition is updated to cover Supreme Court cases since the 1999-2000 term and presents never before seen aggregate data for conference votes during 1946 to 1968, including the much-studied Warren Court period. In addition, a unique new Web site has been developed to complement this important reference book. The site will feature all the tables in the book as well as additional data that will be valuable to judicial scholars, students, and those interested in the history of the Supreme Court.
