Issue 45 This is a really 'mixed bag' when it comes to quilt designs, offering something for every taste. The Creative Quilt Collection includes 16 projects varying from quite modern looking block designs with clear, bold lines to more subtle blocks using old-fashioned floral fabrics and pretty applique designs. A section on techniques includes instructions for basic fabric cutting, piecing, applique, quilting and finishing. Full-size templates take the hassle out of enlarging on the photocopier and the instructions and diagrams are nice and easy to follow.
