BRUCE S. PYENSON, is a consulting actuary in Milliman & Robertson, Inc.'s New York City office. Mr. Pyenson has consulted to a wide variety of providers, medical suppliers, HMOs, and insurers on issues ranging from health care reform to capitation development. His time with M & R includes a year spent in the United Kingdom where he consulted to the growing private health care sector.
