BROUSSEAU is president of Decision Dynamics Corporation and was a member of the faculty at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California Graduate School of Business. PHILLIP L. HUNSAKER is professor of management and director of management programs in the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego.
