Acerca del autor

Valerie Keys grew up in the Sandtown Winchester area of Baltimore City, the youngest of eight children. For most of her life she struggled with abuse(emotional,sexual and rape)trauma, addiction and homelessness, but through her persistent faith in God and a belief in never staying down, she has become a valid community activist, board member, mediator, and entrepreneur. Valerie spends her time active in raising the quality of life for underserved and underrepresented communities in Baltimore City.
