About the Author Peggy Rivera is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Spiritual Counselor who has studied and been certified in Touch for Health Kinesiology, and is an ordained ministerial counselor. She lives in Central Florida and has made it her mission to help people learn how to find balance in their life through learning how to help themselves with healthy eating and changing their thoughts. Peggy always believed that our thoughts could affect our body and learning kinesiology confirmed that this is true. What we take in to our bodies as food, or the air we breathe or the thoughts we think all have a profound effect on our health and our joy in life. Having worked with many people who had health problems over the years she learned a way to reconnect with the innate intelligence that we all have by testing her own bodies’ energy as well as many others to promote healing.
