Dr. Robert Heinzman has a varied life of experiences which include; military service, rodeo, working as an engineer on the monorails at Disney World, engineering behind the scenes for Universal Studios, working on the Dreamliner for Boeing, and building a SME approved course for Manufacturing Technologist Certification. He has been involved in training and mentoring operations processes at a corporate level and has taught Organizational Behavior, Supervision and Leadership, Strategic Management, and management courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He has used his life and work experiences to develop a unique observational approach to creating better leadership focus and team building opportunities.
