I have noticed through my tutoring efforts that many students, young adults, and adult learners have a need to understand the basics of computing technologies, such as HTML, that is not so daunting. Having worked with these technologies for over twenty years I took it for granted that certain technologies are common knowledge. I was wrong and there is a need for people to learn various computer concepts. Therefore, I have created this guide book to help people get started with HTML and build a foundation of understanding. This book is geared towards beginners in HTML but does assume general computing skills.
