Ordered, - That the Special Committee appointed this day to investigate and report upon the administration of the Department of Customs and Excise be composed of the following members, viz.: Messieurs Bell (hamilton), Bennett, Donaghy, Doucet, Elliott, Kennedy (peace River), Mercier (st. Henri), St. Pere and Stevens.
