His best-selling books include “Agile, Lean and Six Sigma IT Management” where he combined the trio of quality management principles to IT and “Clinical Intelligence: The Big Data Analytics Revolution in Healthcare” that covers the transformative power of big data analytics to improve healthcare. Dr. Ghavami received his PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Washington. He has been responsible for leading IT organizations with leadership roles as vice president of technology, CIO and Head of Software & Analytics.
