Acerca del autor
David Goddard is a Professorial Fellow at Melbourne Law School, a Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court, and Special Advisor to the Chief Justice of New Zealand on Digital Technologies. He was formerly a Judge of the New Zealand Court of Appeal.
