Sinopsis

From the moment we take our very first breath, we are in the trenches of life. Life comprises of highs and lows that can leave us feeling like we are on top of the mountain with ever-flowing joy or scraping the bottom of the valley with unexplainable agony. The joyous mountainous moments we treasure and are able to quickly transition from with pleasure and ease. On the contrary, the unexplainable moments in the valley stick to us, leaving us wallowing in the valley, wondering if we will ever make it out alive. In Losing You Is Not an Option, Dr. Lyles-Belton delves into real-life issues we battle daily, causing us to hide behind the masks of happiness. The reality of being lost is factual, but if you are willing to get your fight back, you will recover you for good this time.
