Biografía del autor

Rashaunda King was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She is a wife, a mother of four children, and an elementary school teacher. She enjoys teaching, dancing, and writing children stories. She does not just tell a story, but she seeks to give children learning experiences while they read. Creation is one of the first children stories she has written. The idea for this book began while teaching in her church's nursery. Her sons, Kenneth and Tyriq Clark, helped design many of the illustrations, while Rashaunda built upon their designs and painted them. It has been her long-awaited dream to be a published author, and she looks forward to publishing many more works for children.
