Acerca del autor

J.E. SANDS is a graduate in Commerce from the University of Toronto, and a chartered accountant. He has spent several years in public accounting and in the management consulting field. He is now Associate Professor of Commerce at the University of Toronto, and has recently been appointed to the Royal Commission on Taxation.
