Acerca del autor

FRANK R. SOUTHERS served on a Grievance Committee in San Antonio, Texas for 10 years, the last 6 as Chair. Thereafter he has represented complainants, accused lawyers, and witnesses in the Texas legal disciplinary process. Mr. Southers has been certified as a Personal Injury Trial Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and was an adjunct Professor of Law for 20 years at St. Mary's University School of Law. He is the author of "The Grievance Committee--Book One," a legal thriller about San Antonio lawyers, a Latina, & a Catholic woman priest. He also co-authored a legal textbook, "The Workers' Compensation Desk Book" and was the editor of "The Texas Personal Injury Law Reporter" published by Butterworths of London, England. Mr. Southers also has presented at many seminars articles on Torts, Medical Malpractice, Evidence, Civil Procedure, Personal Injury, Trial Tactics, Mediation, Legal Malpractice, and Grievance Law.
