Biografía del autor

Ron Dale was born in Keighley, Yorkshire, but escaped in the 1960s to move south. He has had a very varied and interesting career, but writing has always been his second string. Now in his eightieth year, his mind is still active, but he claims "his legs have retired" This book covers just several of those interesting years, digging in Victorian refuse for a living. Ron's name is known to dealers and collectors of advertising pot-lids in all English-speaking countries as the author of "The Price Guide to Black & White Pot-lids" the standard reference work for 35 years.
