Michelle (Shelley) Keith and her partner Tim Quinn live on a farm on Old Mission, where they have a big garden, a small orchard, and several acres of Riesling and Pinot Gris grapes. They also raise a few animals, including feeder calves, two horses, a flock of chickens, two barn cats, and two Labrador retrievers. Shelley and Tim have written books on educational leadership, but this is her first book on cooking.
