Andrew Hampshire is a highly experienced operations and technology leader. He is currently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Gresham House Plc, a UK-based specialist investment management business. He started his career building software before moving into financial services where he led large-scale programmes. He then spent a number of years working with the boards and management teams of portfolio companies to drive growth and create shareholder value. He is a regular speaker at industry events and has a passion for helping businesses unlock the power of technology to create value. He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick.
