Viv Ellis is Honorary Professor in the Centre for Teachers and Teaching Research at University College London and FUNDEP Magda Soares Chair in Basic Education in the Institute for Advanced Transdisciplinary Studies at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Janet Orchard is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Bristol, UK.
