Katelyn Shelby Davis serves as the Mobility Lead at Antenna, an integrated communications and marketing firm, where she provides wraparound public relations services to global clients within the automated, electric, and connected vehicles; mass transportation systems; and micromobility ecosystems. For the past decade, she has been ingrained in the automotive and transportation industry, including her role as Director of MICHauto, Michigan's automotive and mobility industry association, where she developed programs that helped promote, retain, and grow the state's signature industry.Growing up in the Motor City, her love for automobiles started at a young age and has influenced her career as a passionate storyteller for some of the world's leading mobility companies. She has taken that passion and assisted automakers, suppliers, startups, community organizations, and government entities in developing better and more efficient ways to move people, goods, and services.Davis is an award-winning communications professional, recognized with six national titles for strategic communications campaigns. She was named one of Detroit's 30 in their Thirties by DBusiness in 2021. She is an active board member of the Automotive Public Relations Council and is a graduate of Leadership Detroit.Formerly, she served as Editor in Chief of Driven, a news outlet showcasing Detroit's global leadership in mobility, and as part of the Women in Mobility-Detroit board. She also served as a Girl Scout leader, committed to mentoring the next generation of female leadership. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and Wayne State University, where she studied advertising and public relations, as well as newmedia communications. Davis lives for the intersection of technology and transportation and the creationof equitable, accessible, and sustainable transportation that serves all.

Kristin Shaw works in communications and public involvement at WSP, one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms, where she is responsible for outreach and public involvement efforts for some of the largest and most innovative transportation, resilience, and infrastructure projects across the United States. Formerly, Shaw served as Digital Marketing Manager for TCF Center, Detroit's Convention Center, where she also served as the project administrator for the 2019 LEED Gold Certification and oversaw many of the facility's corporate social responsibility programs and sustainability efforts.As a versatile marketing and communications leader and photographer, Shaw draws from a passion for visual storytelling, sustainability, and urban planning to focus on transportation systems that reduce emissions and provide more equitable and accessible options for all users. With a focus on human behavior and experience,Shaw believes that the best places are built from the collective imagination. She has significant experience in both policy development and implementation regarding materials management, green buildings, sustainable business practices, environmental education, and marketing, as well as working with environmentaljustice communities.Shaw serves on the Michigan Leadership Advisory Board for the USGBC Detroit region and as a co-chair of the Detroit City Council Recycling and Waste Reduction Committee. She is a member of the American Planning Association, Women in Transportation, and Women in Climate Tech and has been involved with the MidtownCultural Connections planning team in Detroit. Shaw additionally works with the State of Michigan Council on Climate Solutions: Buildings and Housing and Transportation and Mobility Working Groups Shaw has received numerous awards and accreditations throughout her career. She is a LEED-accredited professional and was recognized with the 2019 USGBC Detroit Outstanding Leadership in Sustainability award, Michigan Association of Planning Outstanding Graduate Project award, Detroit Young Professionals Vanguard award, Public Relations Student Society of America Brick award, and Wayne State University Alumni Award, and she was honored in 2019 to be among Crain's Detroit Business 20 in Their Twenties. Shaw is a featured artist in the 2021 SaveArtSpace exhibit "At Whose Expense," where her combined passion of design and storytelling come together to press the issue of a climate emergency. In addition, Shaw volunteers with the Detroit 2030 District, Green Living Science, EcoWorks Detroit, Bees in the D, and other local organizations. Shaw holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Wayne State University.Shaw believes that with the right amount of listening, learning, and action, equitable and sustainable cities are just around the corner.
