Curtis was one of the original group of men who met at the Streamline Hotel, in Daytona FL and helped found the historic and fastest growing sport in America and the world: NASCARThe book contains the details and stats of his racing career from 1946 to 1968. The book contains a heart-felt article written by Ann Ross Turner, (now deceased) his wife during his racing career.This book is written and compiled by his daughter, Margaret Sue Turner Wright, who was right there during the growth of her Dad's phenomenal career.Curtis Turner was also the founder of the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
