Dr. Walter E. Natemeyer is the CEO of North American Training and Development, Inc. He received his BBA and MBA from Ohio University and his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Houston. Dr. Natemeyer was a professor of management and organizational behavior at Ohio University and the University of Houston. He currently teaches in the EMBA Program at the University of Chicago. Also, he served for five years as Director of the NASA Johnson Space Center Management Development Program. He has designed and conducted leadership, strategic planning, and team development programs for more than 100 major organizations in the United States and abroad. Dr. Natemeyer lives with his wife Mona on Galveston Bay near Houston, Texas. They have three children and four grandchildren.
