Myra Smith is a lifelong resident of Morganton, North Carolina, where she still resides with her husband Earl, who is still a dedicated bear hunter. Drawing from her years of listening to plenty of 'bear tales'; coupling it with her vivid imagination, she fulfilled her life-time longing to write. As you will see in her works, she loves to write fiction. The exciting, colorful life she leads opens many doors to her vivid imagination. A Hunting We Will Go is her second book. The first, Welcome to Maple Hill was published in 2005. A third, even more exciting work is underway in book number three, and hopefully will be numbered among many more to come!
