It seems strange to say ‘I’m so pleased you’re here’, because I know the reason you’re holding this book is that you’re overwhelmed. But, I am really pleased that you’re taking steps to overcome that overwhelm. The first steps are the hardest and I know how challenging it can be even to make those. I’ve been in the depths of overwhelm – bursting into tears at the tiniest of things because I just couldn’t add anything else to my plate.
