Biografía del autor

Anthazia was born and raised in A n t h a z i a K a d i r Guyana, South America. It is there she got most of her education. She is a teacher by profession and has taught English literature and Drama both at high school and college; she has also worked as a freelance journalist for both Newspaper and Local Magazine in Guyana up until she migrated in 2007. Anthazia migrated to Toronto Canada in 2007, where she is presently residing. She is presently attending York University in Toronto, pursing a Hons BA within the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional studies. Ms Kadir has also written and experimented with poetry and play writing, and has been a part of the theater during her stint at teacher's college in (1995-1997). It was in those years she knew exactly what she wanted to do with her life- teach and write. Apart from her academic pursuits and rofessional life she is also a wife and a mother. It is in my view that all women want differently, need differently, and desire differently in their search to find contentment. However it is also in my view that all of us as humans have been drawn into a cultural overcast which have taught us (as humans) how to need, want and desire in spite of our own inner preferences and between these two statements, most times we are left confused and frustrated. Further our lives are engulfed in contradiction........................ To be totally happy one must have the audacity to think subjectively. It is only when we live honestly within the boundaries we aspire for ourselves then we can truly extend ourselves to someone else. Anthazia Kadir.
