Elias C. Hill is a lover of knowledge who is fully convinced that truth lays on knowledge and made learning a permanent activity in his life. As an industrial engineer he studied to register as a mechanical engineer and then continued adding to his education a great number of studies in a variety of activities. He gave high importance to economics, history and sociology among others. He has rounded up an incredible concept of what makes the US and the world what they are. As a professional, Mr. Hill worked successfully for several important industrial organizations such as "Hughes Aircraft" and educational facilities such as "Georgia Technical Institute." This includes over thirty years providing technical assistance in twelve different countries to industries and governments in development and rehabilitation projects sponsored by the US Department of State. The close-working relationship that Mr. Hill established with the local residents concerning the different problems each nation has made him realize that the "people" themselves are the only ones that can provide the needed changes to reach adequate living standards. But the people must understand the "true" facts and unite in a common cause to achieve it. Mr. Hill developed a self-evaluating and implementation program that proved to be very effective in obtaining the facts and developing cordial understanding among the people and uniting them to successfully self-implement important improvements. In general, including in the USA, the people are held in conflict to keep the power of the people divided and inactive. This cruel inhuman procedure and Mr. Hill's undeniable love for humanity gave birth to the dream in this book: the possibility of creating a "perfect" world having the USA as a living sample and guide. This book is then the manifestation of a dream of a happy, peaceful and unselfish world.
