Sinopsis

In Treasure at Two Twelve, Jonathon Glane delivers a thriller that’s impossible to put down. America is desperate for a domestic energy source and Brad Gunderson, a young man learning about energy distribution by working in the oil fields of Texas, may have found the answer. He meets Lissy and learns of a geothermal field, and then a machine capable of beaming electricity from undersea geothermal fields to aboveground power stations―a technology guaranteed to resolve one major facet of our energy crisis. The genius who developed the machine realizes that he’s created something with devastating potential and greed takes over: he sells the technology to a terrorist organization. Suddenly, the future of the world might very well depend on the smarts of young Brad. What ensues is pure drama, with arson and murder thrown in. Like a runaway train, the pace increases, culminating in a gripping drama where Brad’s life is on the line and the race for power becomes a race to the death.
