Biografía del autor

Bryan and Carrie Bershee have spent most of their lives sailing the waters of Southern California with their families. When they met in 1998, they had a mutual dream of owning their own sailboat. Soon after they married in 2000, they purchased their first boat, a 27' Ericson. After a year of trying to accommodate two adults and two dogs on a small sloop, they upgraded to a 1979 Pearson 365 ketch, the same boat they cruised to Mexico. After a year of living aboard, cruising Baja, and writing their story, Bryan and Carrie have returned to California and are back working in the public school system - Bryan teaching PE and Outdoor Education, and Carrie as a school counselor working with junior high and high school students. They enjoy sailing Salty Dog in her home waters, camping, skiing, and spending time with their two dogs, Fletcher and Sadie. They love the cruising lifestyle and hope to set sail again someday... the destination is yet to be determined. Stay tuned for updates at: www.saltydogadventures.com.
